Our Instant Coffee and Latte Superblend include ~45mg of caffeine per serving or roughly half of a regular cup of coffee’s worth.

It’s designed to taste great on its own with just adding water, ice and/or potentially a sweetener of your choice. But it tastes great when added to coffee as well :) 

Our Coffee Superblend has ~20 calories per serving and our Latte Superblend has ~50 calories per serving, so it really depends on how strict of a fast you are on.

We use a premium cold brew extract coffee in our superblends which makes for a velvety smooth, low-acidic taste. Our dairy-free Latte uses coconut milk & coconut sugar to give it a yummy “non-fake” tasting sweetness that’s not overpowering.

All of our products are gluten-free. Our Instant Latte Superblend and Instant Coffee Superblend contain bovine collagen, so they are not vegan or vegetarian. 

Here at Atlas, we're always looking to take our subscribers (and their tastebuds) on a journey - just not that kind of journey. While some have described the flavor of our Functional Coffee and Superblends as "out of this world" and "magical", the fruiting body mushrooms we use are purely medicinal. No psychedelic ingredients here!
